Haha.... It was so cool to watch him walk on those things. He's in the living room. The door to his right goes to our bedroom.

We can't say enough how excited we are. Our house actually looks like a home.. brick and all. When we went today we were so shocked to see anyone there. Can you say "no habla englas?" I think the guy on stilts was worried about his picture being taken. lol Hey.. I won't tell the law as long as you get our house done :)

Jaymi said they should start painting next week, then laying carpet and tile... then the fabulous cabinets will go up (custom cabinets..woohoo!!). We got to see what they would look like today. Simmon's Homes changed the color of the dark wood cabinets and we totally approve. It's almost marbleized. It's even better than what they have in the model.

MORE GOOD NEWS::: Jeanne bought our fridge today!! Lowe's made her a hell-of-a-deal on a stainless steel side by side. I've always wanted the whole crushed ice and water in the door. I'm going to be living large :) We're picking it up tomorrow and will be storing it in the folks garage until the big move in day. Thanks Ma :)
