I just heard back 10 minutes ago that we're pre-approved :) My co-signing did the trick!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy geeze!! Our lender is sending a pre-approval letter to my email tomorrow as well as to the Simmons Homes people. Jeanne forgot to ask the interest rate we got, but I'm sure it will be ok. What a relief!!!! :) Keep your fingers crossed that the rate is low enough.
